It's not typical for me to post emotions on facebook, but I'm about to burst with how happy I am! So I figured the blog was a good outlet :) I've been waiting to live with Brian for a long time. He always warned me against idealizing what married life would be like ("It's hard work!"). And sure, some things are difficult--although compared to our relationship history, anything "difficult" since we've gotten married has been comparatively easy. I just love waking up and going to sleep every day with a big smile, knowing that I get to see Brian today, and tomorrow, and the next day, for so long! No matter how many hours I work or study, I can come home to my favorite person. It's fantastic.
I'll post more about the wedding/honeymoon later when I have pictures (I'm obsessed with the ones on Elisabeth's blog and the photographer's (Kate) blog, I can't wait for the rest!) but I feel really blessed to have such fantastic family and friends, both mine and Brian's; to be worthy of a temple sealing; and to be married to such a cute, smart, funny, gentle man.
